Dr. Butler is always a pleasure to work with and the staff is equally pleasant. I love the assortment of eyewear brands and styles they carry. There's literally something for everyone.
On the last day of the year, I received a text informing me that I was eligible to receive two free boxes of contacts and asking if I was interested. Needless to say, I jumped on the opportunity and received my contacts in just a few days. Talk about going above and beyond! I was beyond grateful and will continue being a Studio Optix customer.
Our family went to New York for the first time the week after Thanksgiving. My son forgot his glasses at home and couldn’t see anything. We called into Studio Optix about 30 minutes before they closed and Mike told us to still come in and he will try to work with our budget. Not only did my son get the best glasses, he really did make sure we were taken care of and we somehow got glasses within 30 minutes using his prescription as well. Mike made our trip amazing, what a great store and customer service this location has!
I have gone to Studio for the last 4-5 years. They are top of the line when it comes to technology. I recently had an eye issue and they got me in right away. The doctors are amazing!
When it comes to the glasses selection, they have normal designers, but more importantly unique designs from around the world. I recommend also asking for Mike. He’s helped me with the last few pair of lenses and frames. He has a great sense of style and fit. Very happy with my glasses.

Studio Optix has a great selection of high end designer glasses (and affordable ones, too) like Loewe, Tom Ford, Chanel, and more and the best part is they take INSURANCE! They’re a full stop shop with the doctors and the glasses so you can get your rx and handle all the details w insurance for glasses right in the same spot.
Best selection in NYC and super fast and efficient without pushing anything on you that you don’t want (which most NYC shops will try to do!) we worked with Adam who was really efficient , knowledgeable, and gave us clear explanation of benefits and timelines for getting our glasses back
Studio Optix is a veritable wonderland of unique optical frames. I received excellent customer service from Mike, who fitted the frames, shared information about the designer, worked with me around price, and even adjusted an old pair of frames. Highly recommend!
Love the team at Studio Optix! Dr. Butler is so nice, helpful, and informative. They have the best and most unique options, plus the opticians are lovely - always providing the best options for your face and will give little push to find frames that standout.

TATIANA is amazing! She knows how to listen and read a persons style and preferences and made what normally takes me at least 2 hours of trying different frames to in under 30 mins finding exactly what I wanted but didn't know I did! She is also very knowledgeable about product, designers and trends, you can tell she enjoys here job and has years of experience. On top of all that she is so fun and cheerful. 10/10 recommend.
Dr. Butler was extremely thorough, informative, and friendly. The optician assistants made great suggestions for frames and fitted me well. The inventory was high quality and stylish. Everything was on time and efficient. Prices were fair. Wonderful experience.
